Mahdi Suliman Al Tahaineh is an aerospace engineer and aviation executive with more than 30 years of experience spanning aircraft maintenance, engineering, airline operations and aviation services. He is the Founder and CEO of ATS Group, an international aviation business established in 2003 with operations across the Middle East, Europe, the Americas, East Asia and Africa.
Under his leadership, ATS Group has grown to employ more than 200 professionals and provides services across aircraft components, engines, leasing and trading, MRO, APU and landing gear support, and business aviation. Mahdi has also overseen the development of ATS Technic’s independent MRO capabilities in the UAE, including specialist maintenance facilities at Al Maktoum International Airport.
